Update: The file check process has not yet completed on the disk array. As soon as the file checks are complete we will determine if the data has been recovered and update the status. In the meantime backup restores are processing, but the ETA for completion is several hours from now.

Update: Our efforts to recover the server are continuing. At this time the storage array is operational and file checks are being performed. Status will be updated when the file checks are complete. Backup restores are in process concurrently, to be used in the event that our recovery efforts are not successful.

Original Message: We currently have a server that has a hardware failure with our Virtual Private Server (VPS) Service. Our technicians are working to restore this server to operational status. Concurrently, we have started the restore process from the most recent backup to a spare server, in case their efforts are not successful.
