Support Center Maintenance – Nov 8th 00:00 to 03:00 EST

eApps Hosting will be performing maintenance on the Support Center and Ticket System (http://support.eapps.com) on Sunday morning, November 8, 2015, from 12:01 AM to 03:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time (GMT-5). This is a three (3) hour maintenance window. The 
Support Center and Ticket System will be unavailable during the maintenance window. Your Hosting services will not be impacted.

During this event, our technical staff will be upgrading the software for our Support Center. This is the completion of a two part maintenance event. Please read the following to make sure you understand the impact.

PURPOSE OF UPDATE

This is a minor version upgrade with several important changes, as follows.

1) Mobile friendly support website
2) Better handling of HTML emails
3) Security updates and bug fixes

IMPACT ON YOUR SERVICE

No Downtime for Hosting or Mail Services – the operation of your hosting services, including all VPS, Virtual Machine in the Cloud, Virtual Cloud Server, and Dedicated Servers, WILL NOT BE IMPACTED as a result of this maintenance.

Server Control Panels Will be Operational – ISPmanager, Plesk, cPanel, and Webmin Control Panels WILL NOT BE IMPACTED.

Support Center and Ticket System Will Not be Available – Your hosted services will remain operational, but you will not have access to the Support Center during this maintenance event.
