Service issue with Cloud Zone ATL01 – update 10:26 AM Eastern

Rebooting completed, all VMs restored except that a localized problem on one Hypervisor is impacting a small number of VMs.

SAN storage issue is resolved but some Physical servers (Hypervisors) must be rebooted to re-establish connectivity to the storage system. The reboots are well underway and should be completed soon.

Zimbra Enterprise EMail service was restored at 8:03AM Eastern after intermittent problems for about one hour.

We are experiencing an issue with a data storage system that is impacting some Virtual Machines in Cloud Zone ATL01 and is also impacting on some Zimbra Enterprise Email customers. Our senior technical team members are working on the problem and expect to have a resolution soon.
