Scheduled Maintenance Started at 12 am – Aug 26th 2012

We have started the scheduled maintenance on the ATL cloud zones.

Below is the full details of the maintenance.

This is a four (4) hour maintenance window from 12 am to 4 am on Aug 26th 2012. Customers who have Virtual Machines in Cloud Zones ATL01, ATL02, and ATL03 will be impacted. Customers on the Enterprise Email service will also be impacted (no mail will be lost). The work is being staged by zone to minimize down time. We expect that specific services will be impacted for about one (1) hour during this maintenance window.

We will be performing the following activities:

• Upgrading SAN software for improved performance and security
• Optimizing network topology between SANs

We will be implementing the changes in the following order and have listed the estimated start time of when services will not be available:

• 12:01 AM EDT (GMT-4) – Enterprise Email service and Cloud Zone ATL01
• 01:00 AM EDT (GMT-4) – Cloud Zone ATL02
• 02:15 AM EDT (GMT-4) – Cloud Zone ATL03

eApps Hosting is committed to providing the highest possible quality of service and therefore we proactively notify you so that you may have the opportunity to manage your business appropriately.

Please note that if you have multiple virtual machines, this maintenance only impacts those in the Cloud Zones specified. Technical Support (Support@eApps.com or 770-448-2100, option 2) can assist you with identifying the specific virtual machines being impacted.

Work to be performed: eApps Hosting will be stopping your virtual machine or email service, upgrading the SAN, making network changes, and rebooting your server. We ask that you refrain from performing administration on your server during the four (4) hour maintenance window.

Risk: (High) – At some point during the maintenance window, any virtual machines you have in the Cloud Zones being worked on will be unavailable for up to one hour.
