Completed – Scheduled Maintenance of Helpdesk April 12 th 6 am to 9 am EDT

eApps Ticket System Maint – Sat, Apr 12, 6AM-9M, EDT (GMT-5)

eApps Hosting will be performing maintenance on the Support system Saturday morning, April 12, 2014, from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM, Eastern Daylight Time (GMT-5). This is a three (3) hour maintenance window.
During this event, our technical staff will be upgrading the system that runs our Support (ticket system) and Knowledgebase (customer documentation) functions. The purpose of the upgrade is to take advantage of new features, security enhancements, and bug fixes made available by our vendor of the system.

Please read the following to make sure you understand the impact of this upgrade for the duration of the maintenance window.

Support system and Knowledgebase will be unavailable – You will not be able to view or submit tickets in in the Support system, nor will you have access to Knowledegebase documents.
Support, Billing and Sales requests by email will be received by eApps – Emails sent to support@eapps.com, billing@eapps.com, and sales@eapps.com will be received by eApps. However, you will not be sent a confirmation email with a ticket number.

No Downtime for Hosting Services – All customer hosting and email services will be fully operational.

Work to be performed: During this event, our technical staff will be updating the Support (ticket) and Knowledgebase software. This is a three (3) hour maintenance window starting at 6:00 AM on Saturday, April 12, 2014 EDT (GMT-5).

Risk: (Low) – The maintenance activities that will be performed are not related to Customer hosting and email services. The only system that will be impacted is the eApps Support and Knowledgebase system.
