At around 11 pm EDT we found the primary SAN on RIC04 is not responding. Most of the virtual machines are working on this zone from the secondary storage. We are investigating more on this and will eventually reboot the primary SAN if needed. If you have any VM’s not working please contact Support dept – support@eapps.com
