RIC04 Cloud Zone is up. All virtual machines and related services running in the Richmond data center should be operational at this time. We will post the incident report as soon as we receive it from our data center provider, QTS

QTS has declared a Major Incident for their Richmond data center. They are investigating a “widespread fiber outage”

At 9:06 AM Eastern Time Zone our monitoring system detected that the QTS Richmond data center is down. All services running in the Richmond Cloud zone RIC04 are off line at this time.

We are waiting for a resolution from QTS and will post an update as soon as we have more information.
