We experienced another incident with the ATL01 storage system that caused some Virtual Machines to lose their connection to the data store. This is the same incident that occurred yesterday. Our technicians have been diagnosing this issue and have made progress. They are now focused on recovering the connection to those VMs that are impacted. We expect a quick recovery for those VMs and also expect to have a permanent resolution soon.
