Power Issue with Rack 8

18:19 – We are currently experiencing a power issue with a power strip in one Rack in Suwanee Data Center. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

18:48 – All servers are powered and Virtual Private Servers are starting on 2 servers.

19:13 – At 5:57 PM EST today an APC power strip failed in the rack where your server is hosted. The power outage impacted a network switch causing loss of connectivity for a number of servers. Manual intervention was required to repower the switch. The switch was active at 6:20 PM EST and all but 2 servers were immediately available. There were two servers (HW096 and HW102) that required manual intervention to be powered back on. The servers were available at 6:31 and 6:41 respectively. Some individual Virtual Private Servers may have taken a little longer to start.
