Network incident impacting one rack

Shortly after 1:30PM Eastern time zone a network incident occurred, impacting the service on one rack. We have identified the issue and are working on a resolution. The outage is impacting VPS and Dedicated servers in that rack. The Control Panel for VPS customers is also impacted.

UPDATE

By around 2:30 pm (Eastern) we were able to get all the servers back online. If you still see any problem with any of your website or application please contact support@eapps.com.
