All services have been restored for the 75 Virtual Private Servers impacted by the outage. The actual servers were not impacted, only network access to the servers.
We are working on a hardware issue that is currently impacting 75 of our Virtual Private Server customers. This is impacting customers whose service currently reside on the following:

HW147
Our technical staff is working as quickly as possible to restore this service. We will provide updates as soon as they are available.
