1st Maintenance started. Subnet 216.154.208.0/20 is being moved to Cloudflare. This maintenance will impact both, Atlanta and Richmond. The maintenance window is from 3 a.m. to 7 a.m. EST.
Update 1: 4:00 a.m Our team has successfully migrated ATL Data Center but is working on an issue with RIC that is impacting internet connectivity from/to the VMs in the subnet range.
Update 2: 4:20 a.m. Our NetOps team is working with our RIC Internet previous internet provider for an issue identified on their side while transitioning to CloudFlare with the highest priority.
Update 3: 4:35 a.m. ETA for resolution from the vendor is 4:45 a.m. Will update accordingly
Update 4: 4:44 a.m. The issue has been resolved and Internet connectivity has been restored and now working from CloudFlare
