Disk issue affecting one cloud zone – Dec 30, 2011 – 12:30 pm EST

We had an issue with the SAN on our ATL02 cloud zone. Our Engineers quickly fixed the problems. But this require us to reboot the physical node on which the VMs are running. We are rebooting this nodes one by one at this time. You may see your VMs on this zone being rebooted. If you continue to see any problems after the reboot please immediately contact –

Update: Dec 30, 2011 – 3:30 pm EST – All Hypervisors (physical nodes) on ATL02 are now rebooted and all the VMs are back online. If you continue to see any problems please contact eApps Support Team.
