At approximately 5:40 PM the VPS server hs097 had a severe RAID array crash. Our technicians were unable to recover the RAID system. We are presently restoring from backup.

Update at 8:11AM:

We encountered a problem using the rapid bare metal restore process. The consequence is that we must resort using an inefficient restore process. VPS’s are being recovered as fast as possible. At this time approximately half of the VPS’s have been restored. We sincerely apologize for the delay in recovery.
