Update 8:00 PM EDT – Our upstream provider has informed us that they are working with Level 3 and have identified certain Internet Protocols dropping which are impacting network reliability. These issues have been escalated and are being worked on with the highest priority.

We have had some reports from locations in the North East US, Ohio and Illinois area having network routing issues connecting to our Richmond facility. These are routing issues beyond our network and facility. There are reports we have seen that some backbone ISPs are experiencing some issues. We are currently collecting traceroute from customers reporting issues so that we can escalate them to our upstream network providers.
