Update 11:10 – The problem was isolated to a single 10 GB switch which is used as part of the data storage network. There is a redundant switch. We are not aware of any impacts on the data itself. The problem switch has been taken out of service and all Virtual Servers are in the process of being restarted. The restart process should complete very soon. This only impacted servers in Zone RIC01.
