Maintenance Schedule: At 6AM on Monday, May 2, 2011 from 6AM Eastern to 7AM Eastern (GMT-4) we will be performing an upgrade to the eApps Cloud Management system. Your VM in the Cloud service will NOT be impacted by this maintenance event.
Purpose of Upgrade: Our vendor will be applying a patch to the eApps Cloud system to fix a known problem with the Autobackup feature of the Backup Space add-on service. During the 1 hour maintenance window your Portal and the eApps Store will be unavailable. The operation of your eApps Cloud service itself will not be impacted.
Risk: LOW – Your eApps Cloud hosting service will be operational during the 1 hour maintenance window, except that your Customer Portal will not be available during this time.
