UPDATE: All virtual servers are running and are being moved to a spare server while the current server is placed in maintenance.

A hardware problem is currently being experienced on one server at eApps Hosting impacting 10 customers at this time. Action is being taken at the highest priority to resolve the issue. The issue is only with server HW116.
