RESOLVED – PaaS (Jelastic) control panel emergency maintenance

All PaaS components are running fine and the maintenance has been completed.

The Jelastic control panel at is back online and available to manage environments. We are still working on SSH gateway functionality and we will provide another update once this is back online.

At around 01:30 AM Eastern (EDT) our monitoring systems have detected slowness and occasional outages of the PaaS (Jelastic) control panel at We have identified the root cause of this problem and we have started an emergency maintenance to address this issue.

During this maintenance, the PaaS control panel at will not be available. The end customer servers are online and their availability will not be impacted by this issue or by the maintenance.

If you require to start/stop/restart your environment/services or any other operation for which the Jelastic control panel is required, our Technical Support team is available to assist via all the regular contact methods – (support ticket, email, chat, phone).
